Hello and welcome to "we are stars!"

We all have the ability to heal ourselves and to heal. And it is a lot easier and faster than we might imagine.

This site is called "yes! we are stars! " because whether we realize it or not, we are indeed stars! We are making our own movies and living them, our lives, everyday... We are the stars, the Director, the Director of Photography, the Music Director, the Producers... we are everything!

We can and do create a space where ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

We might be walking down the red carpet of our lives with academy nominations and shining and glowing with happiness or we might be crying in a corner over what we perceive to be our failed efforts... If we are the ones crying or in pain, we need only look a little bit deeper...

Our lives might seem to be one drama after the other, painful tragedies, when we might be yearning for romantic comedy, grand love stories and action packed "hero saves the day" movies but even so, we are still the ones directing and we are still the ones playing our roles, we are just obviously not aware of what parts we are playing and how and why exactly. Otherwise we would stop the movie and play it as we liked. We CAN do this, the key is awareness and awareness is the fist step needed in order to be able to change and exercise more control over our lives.

There is no such thing as fate - only what we want our lives to be.

If we are not happy with our lives or any aspect of our lives we first need to understand that we have the power to change and to heal ourselves and that all that we need to do this is to have or cultivate the awareness, the motivation and the desire for change as well as finding the right tools and information. I as a healer can give you those tools and help you on your journey. I will inform, inspire and work with you at your own pace and in the way that you personally need as it is my pleasure to be your guide and companion along your self-healing journey.
